Cbr1000rr coils cbr1000f
1990 cbr1000f with 2008 cbr1000rr coils & wiring . Bike Ran fine for 3 miles , turn off and would not start back up. Placed stock coils back on and runs fine.. any suggestions on what could have happened?

Most likely you broke a wire from the original coil connector to your new COP loom.
