Default Is there internet riding school????????????????????

Is thereanyweb sites or youtube videos out there anyone can suggest that gives a quality education on how to become a better rider? For just one example learn techniques like how to corner, proper ways to drag. diagrams of the most common types of turnsthat shows what is the best line to takethrough thatturn. Amongst other various topics.

Basically a way to learn what people learn atproriding schools?

F4iMane,,, i would advise against internet riding schools. I dont mean to **** off anyone, but there are no amount of videos/text you can view to learn how to properly corner for example. I would suggest finding a near by MSF course. They do a great job at teaching alot of the basics. Riding is something you gotta actually do.. i really dont think internet will teach you that much.

tjahr08-

While I agree that one must actually DO the riding part, those that study motorcycling as an art have found that it is 90% mental and 10% physical. MSF will only teach the basics of control, nothing more.

Other than that, I couldn't disagree with you more.

i never said DON'T use the internet as a learning tool. I Simply suggested that he (being a new rider) go to a actual course thatteaches the basics (hence, the MSF course).

I completly agree that the internet has alot of valuable tips and learning ideas out there,, for example take this forum,, there is so much knowledge here that can help any rider.

But for a new rider trying new techniques, i still stand by my first sentece suggesting an in person course, there are more then one that help all skill level.

He didn't say he was a new rider. He only said he was hungry for knowledge and wanted something approaching professional level education.
