Hello everybody, first of all just wanted to let everybody know that I did use the search function before posting this thread, and oddly I could not find anything.....just wondering how many track days you go before an oil change, assuming your not rideing on the street, I find that 2 track days is the limit, 3rd track day oil may look good going in but reaches it's threashold and turns...bike is a f4i

 

Unless you have the ability to have it analyzed trackside, I wouldn't worry about a trackday weekend, especially if you use a good quality synthetic oi. Stick with whatever oil change (mileage) interval you normally use. Honda recommends 6,000 miles, personally I prefer 5k.
