Y the hell does this crap itch so bad. Its healin up ok but now it is itchin like crazy. Anybody wit experience care 2 fill me in? This ****e went all the way up my right thigh and is drivin me nuckin futs!

 

R U sayin' this is the first time you've ever had an injury (ie scrape/scab) in your entire life!? N E time your skin scabs it itches, it's probably more prominent now cux of the size of the wound. It itches cuz the skin is dry where it's healing. Put some lotion on the affected area, especially the edges, and don't scratch or the scar will get worse.

 

spray it with 1st aid spray and dont cry like a panzy *** because it might burn

 

The itch could be an infection. If there are any unusual bumps or redness, it's probably a bacterial infection. I had rash from the hood of the car that hit me (yes, hoodrash) and just as it was almost healed I got an infection in it that caused a rash and intense itching. If nothing looks out of the ordinary, it's just the normal itch that comes with healing.

 

Eucerin lotion. that is the best stuff. forget about all the other stuff, just get some eucerin. it healed my road rash quick. doctor was amazed how fast the wounds healed.

 

antibiotic cream and don't be a pu$$y. I had that stuff over my entire body last summer.

 

Peel the scabs off.

def not my first injury (try passin 22 kidney stones and then havin kidney surgery and layin in the hospital wit tubes comin out ur sides for a week when ur 9). N it aint the scab that is itchin, for some reason i got this big *** red blob on my thigh and when i do itch it, water comes out. Well at least i think its water, not really quit sure tho.

Thats funny! Mine was itchy as hell. I'd poke smot and feel a whole lot better.
