Default Jumped my 929RR at 95mph

Was ridding down sr55 today, a road I know very well, there is a very steep hill then dip in the road I used to jump in my thunderbird all the time, decided to try it on the bike today, launched off at 95mph (much faster than I needed, since my car would lift off at 80 mph), both tires left the ground for probably only a good second, bike started to rev very high until the back tire touched down again, seemed like the bike wanted to do a wheelie in mid-air, I must say it was extremely fun, anyone else ever done that?, do tell!

There's road by my house that's only about 2 miles long, but very curvy. At one spot there's two small crests that I jump every day on the way back and forth to work. The crests are about 500 feet apart and they're more like plateus than anything I jump one going in one direction and then the other in the other direction (coming home). I do love the feeling of the back tire coming down quicker than the front. What's really fun is when you land on your back tire and continue the wheelie for another 50 feet or so. As for video, I don't have a digital recorder (sorry).

Whoa, whoa, whoa...500 FEET!!? Are you sure you didn't add a few extra zeros in there? I don't care if you have to record it on a digi-cam but I gotta see it to believe it.

hes saying the two crests are 500 feet apart. meaning he jumps lands... goes 500 feet, then jumps again... correct? if not, then yeah, post up! hahahahhh

Loki's half right...going in one direction (to work), the second one launches me as the first crest has a lower pitch from that direction. In the other direction (from work), the other is the launch because the dropoff rate is different going that way. Trust me if I were jumping 500 feet on a sportbike everyday, I wouldn't still be a motorcycle tech...I'd prob. be doing shows around the country
