balance point at high RPMs
 

OK so i ride a 2000 cbr 600 f4 as my stunter. I can't say my tooth size because I forgot the actual number, but I do know it equals out to half a tooth up in the rear. Basically stock. Its like front down one and rear down one or two or some weird **** ( all they had in stock when my chain broke and was in an emergency to have a new kit put on).

So there's a little knowledge on my bike. I'm currently learning how to consistantly place my Nike into balance point via rear brake and throttle. I have successfully gotten out of the squirrel habit of bouncing up and down because of no rear brake adjustment! Ha I know I'm only a beginner but I'm very proud of getting out of that habit. Here's my problem, no matter how much I slow my bike down in balance point, I'm still at at least 9500-13000 RPMs. My question is, is it possible to reduce that with a better sprocket ratio? I.E. -1+2? Does the different sprocket set up only reduce speed of wheelie or will it reduce both speed and RPM or just the RPM?

If you put -1/+2 on you will be at a higher RPM at the same speed.
My guess is your power wheeliing because of how high your rpm's are.
Try clutching up at a lower rpm and you can pop it up to BP around 5k rpm and then ride from there.
If you are clucthing up, do so at a lower rpm or a higher gear.
