Just cruising around town, pretty much under 5k. The bigger the bike the more I'm apt to lug it around at pretty low RPM. Theres plenty of torque there still, shifting is minimal and I love that deep throaty grunt when you lean on it.

My CBR600RR has a 2nd injector that kicks in @ 6k so I try to keep it below that when riding economically, saves on the fuel

I will try to stick around 4k, but I'm very liberal with my downshifts when I need to get moving.

Hitting the Midwest "twisties" I climb close to the 10k range.

How is it on the highway at 65 mph in 6th? It shouldnt be stumbling at less than 4500 rpm in my opinion.

Oh no...it starts pulling decently at 4000 and goes quite well from there. 4500 rpm is just fine for in town speeds.
It's just that it's a bit (as I've heard it termed) snatchy at 3500 and below.

94 CBR f2
Shifting round 4-5 k and cruise that seems pretty good round town in 4th or 5th. Still plant of power to maneuver if needed.
