ok so...reading that really just scared the **** outta me and realized all that high silica sand embedded in the tires is a wreck waiting to happen.... so im in the process of clearing a *trail* through the woods on my land to the road.. its pretty much covered in pine straw... which isnt great but seems like the lesser of two evils when it comes to 4 inch deep sand or pine straw. i just dont want that sand to somehow get in my bearings and get all over my chain and act like sand paper and eat up everything. so i'll look like a crazy bastard cutting off into the woods....but i look like a crazy bastard taking it down sand.... so lol.
