2 up on long trips??

Can anyone offer advice on any suggestions to tell a passenger when riding for long periods of time or on trips.

Work out some signals for potty break, my butt is sore/break-time. Check out the mods to add a back-rest to your bike seat, if you don't have one. Don't go a 1000 miles on first trip, work up to it. Be prepared for it to take longer than you think it should, to get where you are going.

Tell 'em to relax & enjoy the ride! :icon_wink:

All joking aside, if you don't have communications set up, then the "signals" suggestion is a good one. Frequent breaks w/ passengers is a good idea. It keeps them fresh.

Just like a pre-flight check when getting prepared to fly, you want to tell your passenger what to expect, emergency procedures, etc. Hopefully, you won't experience the latter.

After a short period, your passenger should get comfortable w/ your style & adjust. Main thing is to share the ride w/ your passenger, not make them feel like they are just a piece of cargo. :icon_wink:
