Without knowing more about recent running and servicing history it makes it difficult to find a direction in which to start.
Check your plugs, give the carbs a clean, clean filters, check for any air leaks, fuel filter and no harm in proving your battery voltage at different rpm.
As I mentioned earlier, some history would really help.
Best of luck mate.

Iv bought the bike a few ago.only put it onto the road couple of days ago.im not sure what has been done with it.but iv purchased.new spart plugs full service kit.chain and sprockets and all new fluids and coolant.just have to fit the new bits to her now.was just wondering if it could possibly be the carbs.like would it be a common thing with the f3.or could it be possibly worse regarding engine trouble

+1 on everything Wes17 said.
Also if the bike has been fightered too much, they may have removed the airbox. If that is the case you have a whole other thing to deal with.
