f4i with 954rr forks, trip trees. i believe they are 6" to 6 1/4" round with this headlight.

i have access to alot of machine shop equip as for fab is not a problem but what i came up with is just make a cut out of a bracket out of 60k aluminum and just bend it around the forks and clamp it with a rubber seal in between the aluminum and forks.

they're 50mm forks. you can make mounts out of aluminum stock. you can bend and wrap it around a 50mm pipe (and that's 2in. straight up) to fab the mount.

what k should i get the aluminum in. and the measure is 50mm, your right i converted it. thanks a bunch. what k should i use? i used a 60k for my mount for the cluster which turned out amazing but they were done on a break. 60k is really hard to form by hand?? i thought about 40 but would vibration hurt them even though a taper/radial them for it? sorry for the edit.
