Default Cbr runs like crap after street fight build

Well i made my 1995 cbr 600 f3 into a street fighter, when i went for a rid it was cutting out and running like crap! So i looked though the wiring and everthing looked good. So i pluged my stock gauges back up and it fixed it!! Runs great with them pluged in runs like complete crap with out them pluged in. Is there a way to bypass them?

Thanks

I think on the F3 there's a solid pink wire on one of the plugs for the gauges. You need to ground that wire to the frame, it's for the ram air solenoid that is supposed to switch when you hit a certain speed.
