cbr f2 with 2002 gsxr gauges?
 

i have a cbr f2. i put 02 gsxr 1000 gauges. my question is i cant get my tach to work the speed sensor i got a 2005 vfr sensor and it works. now on my old gauges the tach wire is yellow/green traser on my gsxr gauges is yellow /blue tracer. my old tach had a green wire too that means that green is ground and yellow and green is signal. my gsxr tach works really wierd when i turn my bike on is pin at 0 rpms but if i grab the wire and then with my other hand i touch a metal part on my bike it worksreally shady but it does. soo im thinking can i put a resistor on the signal to lower the amps or i just have the wrong wire please help. thank you
