Hi all, im in the middle of my build, i ditched the birds swing arm and rear wheel, i fitted a GSXR1000 K4 Srad swing arm and also a GSXR rear wheel as its 6" hub rather the birds 5.5", i will be running a 190 tyre tho 200 does look tempting :) i spent around 25hrs stripping the powder coat off the swing arm and wheel and sanded it from 380grit to 4000grt, polished them on a polishing wheel to mirror finish, did the very same to the birds frame too. I ditched the birds 4-2 exhaust system and fitted a 4-1 black widow and shorty end can, ive just rounded the rear end of the seat, i cut the birds seat i half, and cut it and re-shaped the foam, now re-stapled and looking much better, shes been rejetted with a dynajet kit, air filter and usual upgrades. i decided to re-gear her from 17t front and 44 rear to 15t front and 46 rear, should get around 8.5% more torques and acceleration :) so she should be Wheeelie happy :) looking for ideas if anyone has any much appreciated:)
