And i haven't found too many twisties on the far, far, east coast/beachline but willing to travel for like a Saturday/weekend thing. I heard there's some good roads in Deland. Hit me up though for sure.

I'm down for some riding. I just did "The Loop" in Ormond beach a couple days ago with a friend and that was great riding. Right on the beach, then you go into the swampy area with a lot of twisites and turns, overall great riding trip. Plus it's near Daytona Beach, so there's plenty of riding to do.

Yeah I haven't been to Daytona in a while. Not that far of a trip, about an hour from Orlando.

im usually in clearwater on saturday nights cruising and watching hondas do stupid ****. before that im at the lakeland drag strip and sometimes my stepdads bbq joint. all usually up in the air but most of the time ends up riding by the ocean. its my happy place

On a Thursday night??? Too bad, I work Friday morning. Sure, it SAYS 5-9 but who knows how long it'll be before everyone fizzles out............Maybe....
Also, was out for a ride earlier today with buddy of mine, and met up with a guy on a black/red/white 929. Didn't get your name, or anything.. Wondering if you're on these forums. I was on the 1000, my friend was on the 954 on Tyco road in Titusville/PSJ. Hit me up if you're on these boards. |

Oh, and tonight is Harry Potter. Wife is dragging me. I was actually planning on making myself go to Daytona tonight. Guess not... But we definitely need to plan a day for a ride. I've ran into a few people lately, but they're all "Yeah i got my bike to 150 running from the cops, for doing wheelies..." etc... and thats just not my style. Just want to go out for a nice cruise for a couple hours. Somebody pick a weekend.
Also, theres a group on yahoo groups (cfcycle), that apparently they go out every saturday and sunday morning, early in AM. And often get breakfast. Maybe we could merge/meet? |
