That is amazing, 3 years to get the blue prints and 12 to get the car done, Is beyond obsession. But its friking amazing.
it definitiveley must have taken a lot of money to build it but making a full scale one would have been a lot more expensive.
Just the techncal details for that, Ferrari should have this guy on a payroll.

would be funny to see him race an actual 312 PB ferrai - then like ocean elevens the real ferrai runs over the scale model muhaha. that's right, i get amusement from things like that..
or if smurfs actually existed - how cool would it be to see him driving that piece - he would get sooo much a$$ from smurfett..
