Turbo Diesel sport bike!

i know there have been some diesel choppers made before and what not, but i saw this on another site, and i just had to share.

it weighs about 450lbs, which all things considered - that's really light.
and check this out, 120hp 250ft/lbs torque!
holy crap, think about how much fun that would be to ride! you want to talk about mid corner punch? and how many looks do you think you'd get when you pulled up to the diesel pump instead of the gas pump (not that you'd be there much - the bike gets 150mpg)! i want!

ya, it does have a sizeable ***, that's for sure. it looks like that's where the battery is, and probably some other electronics too. the suspension is pretty modern (this bike was built back in '05). it has usd forks with radial brakes - that's pretty modern (and man, those are some beastly sized forks).
the other thing is, they started with the vw motor, then built the frame around it. swingarm is (as of now) a one off. so if it goes to production - which i hope it does- but it probably won't - i'm sure a lot of things would be changed and updated and it would look a lot different
