Me and my buddies have a rule about this. If you pass out with your shoes on... Youre open game. If you take them off... Then you are safe. But like at my house I dont allow shoes on the carpet (even though I dont have parties at my house). So if you pass out on the floor or in the bathroom... Then its on.
