people are stupid in America... Won't make a difference. Need to get people to stop using cell phones when driving and the drunks off the road... Atleast they made drinking laws tougher here in NC so jail time goes to people who are caught for DWI. And cell phones??? Need to devise a test to figure out those people are competent in multi-tasking...

They have a new law where if your 18 or under and were caught driving while using a cell phone, you'll get a $25 fine... It's funny how people bitch about it... "What if its in an emergency?" Well pull over and call you mommy bitch... If people stopped bitchin so much about trivial things, the world would be better off... where's that paris hilton video...
