Jay-Z is a pimp and he can actually rap. See, there's a difference between these guys and these idiots that have been popping up since 2000-2001.
These homeboys are from the real streets - when they made it, it was the only alternative. These other punks grow up causing **** just so they can put it in a record. There's a difference.
