That video has been around for ages. The guy runs a side business of video taping people through the Gap. The chase bike in that video is also a Goldwing.

the guy is actually a local here in atlanta. iv got a video of a him and a freind of mine ( on his gsxr750) getting passed on the out side of a switchback on Blood Mountain. the funny thnig is hearing him drag the running boards off that monster. he does ride a sport bike also but after knowing him for a while, he truly enjoys the Wing 10x's more.
