so, as some of you know a couple friends of mine went down earlier this summer on one of my rides, so my hubby offered to paint their bikes for them (at no cost other than paying for the paint used!) so my hubby spent the whole summer painting these bikes, i helped with prep work and one of the guys who went down helped not only w/ his bike, but w/ the other guy's bike as well, not to mention fixing the other guy's bike too. i must give credit to members of odfu for chipping in parts and money to help pay for parts needed to fix his bike. but anyway, these bikes came out sweet. so here's a couple pix...

well, the guy who has the blue/white bike was seriously hurt when he went down and he wasn't sure if he wanted to keep his bike or keep riding at all, but when he saw his bike tonight he knew he wanted to keep it. (he didn't see it once after the crash, three months ago until the 'unvailing' tonight) i felt so privleged to be the one to ride it up and hand him the key to his bike, just seeing the expression on his face was worth all the effort in the world, i'd do it all over again! for months i had the vision of him down on the ground, mangled, barely moving and tonight that was erased and replaced with the image of him riding again and that's just awesome. okay, sorry, i'm done...lol

Those paint jobs are freaking sweet.....I'm loving the white one!

Anyway, I LOVE those paintjobs, too bad they are on Suzuki's though, lol. (really though, Suzuki's are freaking ugly). Would LOVE to see those paint jobs (especially the white one) on a CBR, OH YEAH That would look sick.
