but yes.... he's a dick for doing that kind of stupid sh*t on public roads with others around. he shouldn't be on a bike again, that's for certain. i'm all for the loss of liscenses, fines, probabtions, community service stuff - but a jail sentence is pretty stupid. hopefully he'll stay out of trouble for a few years and not serve any time.


and a "miracle" he survived? ehhhh.... i wouldn't call that a miracle.

And yeah... rider dude is a ****. He shouldn't do a year in jail, though, imo.
