i bought it as a baby blue and pink bike that wouldnt start for 800. sold all the bodywork for 500 and started making it a streetfighter. a good carb cleaning took care of the starting problem. the swingarm is from a '96 vfr. i had to machine some spacers and bushings so it would fit my smaller pivot bolt. the tail section and subframe is from a new 1000rr that took a lot of work to get on. i cut off the old subframe and welded new up right supports. i am currently trying to find some new forks so they wont be so small. im thinkin some new rr ones. after that who knows, i just wanted a bike that i would never see pull up next to me at a stoplight so i figured i'd make my own. maybe someday ill put a 180 on the front and a 280 on the rear like these http://www.fight-machines.com/ haha just kiddin, might as well ride a couch

Now if only I could find a seat cowl that fit my bike that looked that nice. The stock one seems a bit... bulkey. Well done.

You could just re-paint it like this one.
