Who keeps a dashcam in their personal car?

And I was waiting for the guy to walk into the street when he got his flop and get hit again.

x2 The dashcam is great. Otherwise someone might say the car wasn't paying attention and came up too fast.

it also looks like he for some reason actually hit the brake as he was looking back and saw the guy coming up on him. Thats really weird. I assume the right lane is the passing lane in this country?
