Ringo once promised that he will always read his fan mail, in fact I think they even featured this on an episode of the Simpsons. So I guess he is just saying that he wants to retire. I loved the Beatles music, grew up with the Beatlemania. Liked George, but individually I suspect that their ego's just turned them into dicks. Peace & Love

My favorite band ever is the Beatles. It is too bad the most talented and best Beatles died or were killed before the other two...Thanks Ringo and Paul for outliving the guys with the most talent! [:@]
EDIT: When John was killed, I was about eight years old. I remember my dad didn't speak to us for about two days. When George*s death was announced, I was on a treadmill at the gym. Ivery nearlystarted to cry on the GD contraption. It took everything I had to finish my run. |

Ya know i actually see his point. At least he is not being a total jerk and just stopping, he is at least letting people know. I mean hell, he has been signing crap for how many years and years now. If it were me i would have said F it years ago prolly. I dont blame him for just not caring, or wanting to do it anymore.
