here was another one....does anyone know if there are warning signs telling you that they are there? i mean if you follow another car, wth? or are they only at stop signs and such?

reminds me of the things they developed to stop car bombs from reaching government buildings and such.

 

Thank god i live in the middle of nowhere those things look like they suck
