That actually makes me think, is it considered a pistol or a rifle? He said it was fully automatic for one, so, yeah, me thinks not legal to begin with. I don't think you can carry a rifle either, so unless it IS classified as a pistol...I would say you can't carry it at all.

 

that is awesome, but scary of what weapons are hidden as these days
