a. You're going to get killed crossing the double yellow like that
b. Please get a windscreen for your mic, or buy a remote mic and place it somewhere less windy

i won't get killed because i only pass on the parts of the road where u can see that no traffic is coming for a good while, the cars are only going about 25 mph. i am very careful. the mic on the digital camera i have kinda sucks, just need a new camera all together.

Good man. Just continue to use good judgement.

We all have to be realistic here.

Unless you own a race track, attend track days untl you bleed out your ears, or drive where no one else seems to be aware of,
you sometimes have to cross the line to get maximum enjoyment from a sport bike.

At a certain state park entrance...two lane road...and with all the shrubbery and trees cut down...I can see if there is a car, bike, jogger, popo, or tricyle is coming for at least 1/4 mile.

I just got back from gettng an estimate, and then stopped off at this place and let it rip like never before.

Why not? Bike is not pristine anymore...getting something new or newer soon...no cars...nothing.

I used the whole two lanes so as to take the esses and left and right up and downhill turns properly and and optimally.

I'm guesstimating I was about 25% more aggressive and faster than usual.

Must have been doing...110 coming up the right hand uphill kink that leads to the about 65 degree left hander.

(*Note...that 110 is meant as 110 times faster than...uuhh...a backwards traveling D-Cell powered, 1971 toy car.

Yeah...that's the ticket.)

But I was also smoother...more focused.

This State park has tarmac of almost track quality.

I scraped the outside of my Alpines fairly hard. Pegs are a bit low...so unless I am consciously sticking my knee way out,
and down...I usually catch the outside foot guard first.

In fact...I'm going out again in a few minutes.
