Huh, crazy. Not saying you're wrong, but I just watched it again frame by frame for the 5th time and I didnt see a yellow till :15

 

Use the full screen mode. It clearly changes from green to yellow after 0:10 and before 0:12.

 

Honestly, does 4 seconds matter?

Cars in both lanes stopped at an intersection. What sane reason is there to try to split the lanes between halted traffic? People in 2 different lanes don't stop at an intersection for Gits and SHiggles.

 

I only watched the vid one time - that's all I needed. I could almost "feel" the guy pause, hesitate, then decide to shoot for that gap in between the cars. They were already slowing down - I never would have made that move being in that position. He wasn't paying attention to what was going on in front of the cars, he was only watching the cars because he was wanting to hit the gap in between them.


That's what caused all of it. Everything came down to him trying to hit that gap, hesitating, and then going for it. He thought about it too long and focused only on that decision, then found himself dodging cars
