learning to drag knee in a safe environment...
Well, some people on our local forum wanted to learn to drag knee, so this guy started takin people to a parking lot to do circles. this wasn't my best time out, but the only video i have of me doin' circles...

yea, i know, thanx ... i was having an off day...lol there's quite a few things i gotta work on, gotta get my circles tighter n faster and i really need to work on my form, i think i get lazy when it's 90 degrees :-P i'm goin' to the track on thur. then i'm gonna take another go at it

I do an advanced rider course for my Marines as well and it works great for improving skills.....

great concentration...
i find it harder to drag knee going in circles...either set up a road course in the parking lot or get out in the reals...because it's so much more than dragging knee...it's about braking, throttle, etc.
it's good for letting you know how much the bike can lean...but as far as timing...gots to get in the reals to practice that.
once the knee is touching...roll on the throttle and plant the knee...yea baby!
