I don't believe it.... You can't steal a car by touching two wires together, none of the others were stripped either which would mean he would've tied the starter wire to the other one, I certainly didn't hear the starter still trying to crank and it probably would've exploded long before the end of the vid.
Not to mention he didn't break the steering lock.

 

looked to me that he was stealing a car,that he already had the keys for!!!!

 

This guy is a myspace poster it was all for show. But That's probably how they (car thieves)do it with justa few more steps. That car would of jerked while he broke the steering wheel lockwhile tryingto free it up.

That guy was an idiot and like everyone else has pointed out you cannot start a car buy cutting a wire and re-attaching it to itself. Completely set up. Along with that you dont have to be a bad azz to have a gun in LA, all kinds of people have guns in LA. What a moron.
