This is a short clip of my Sunday ride. One guy decided to pull when he saw two buddies waiting for him. Sorry for the choice of music, but it was the most fitting thing I could find.

 

I really don't know what to say, except he was damn lucky.
Was the rider anyone we know?

 

I found a local group to ride with, very odd thing. No speed freaks or highway stunters. Just guys that like to ride some twisties together. No, the guy was an old aquaintance from years ago. The three of them found us at a local meeting spot.

 

That was a hypnotically stupid move.

 

and that folks is the way to become ROADKILL.

Look first, THEN turn the bike and apply brakes.

When I looked back at him after this happen, he was on the side of the road just staring down at the tank... wonder what was going through his mind??? Thankfully not a windshield

What a jackass. If you're on a ride, and you see someone on the side of the road - I just beep-beep and grin. They're the ones parked. Why would I want to park... ?

haha, i remember the first time i rode a motorcycle i hit a twig and the front got squirrely on me, so gut reaction i put my leg down, it kicked right back up and hurt a bit...never did that again
