299kmh comes out to 186.875mph if i did the math right. But you got to take in consideration is the speedos are off. A GPS is the way to go when you want to be acurate, The one i had was within 3mph either way of the speed run.

whew, i cant believe I used to do stuff like that, I sure am glad I found the track.

 

I've done that ONCE on an interstate at 3am. Speedo read 176 mph. Dumbest thing I've ever done..........glad I didn't get caught (or killed). Was a complete thrill at the time though.

But yeah, I'm with you........glad I found the track (and one with a 1.2 mile straight!)

Ok so this is a long video , but this is just the sort of thing that fits the stereotype image that Joe-public and P.C.Plod have and after seeing this who can blame them. Sure it's fun and the guy probably feels like 'Superman', but even 'Superman' ended up parylised!! This guy is just frikin crazy , one day he will kill someone , I just hope it's himself and no-one else.
