Getting Ororo ready for the weather

Finally had enough good days in a row where I could sit down and do a little maintenance>

Her ass is up in the air so I could change the oil and clean the chain. It's supposed to rain (again :icon_hyper:) tomorrow so I skipped washing her. Waiting for some cash to drop to get rid of those tires and put some Power Pures on

Woot for maintenance. I still need to get my F4i out of storage, and do oil changes and prep to both of my bikes. Weather is not very promising in Wisconsin, though. When it is above 50 it's raining. Oh well, that's April for you.

Interesting name for a bike, too. Haha.

I have a a stupid question. I am new to bikes and just rebuilt my f4. The bike had been sitting for about 5 years i got it running and did the maintenance on it to clean it out. All except for the chain. What do I need to do to the chain to get it cleaned up and how do I need to go about doing so. I no this is probably common sense I just want to do it right so I do not have any problems. Thanks for any help.

Depends on the chain's condition. Parked for 5 years, might be better to just replace it (and the sprockets).
