friend crashing on street

+1...
Uneducated opinion, but it looks like he laid it over WAYYYYYYYYYY more than was at all necessary and possibly scrapped leg/foot-peg/something on the ground causing him to slide.
Agree/Disagree?

I think its very possible he grabbed some brake and the tires didnt have any traction left.
It was expained to me this way......if a tire is using 80% of its traction, you have room for other factors, such as braking.
If a tire is using 100% of the tire, there is no room left for braking.
My guess is, he came in hot, panicked, and hit the brakes.....or maybe just hit something slippery........hard to say.
I dont touch the brakes in turns, not advanced enough yet to trail brake
just my unedumacted .02

glad he's alright, that looks like a very fun ride.
as to why he crashed... you had a bit of a big gap, but my guess is it looks like he initiated the turn a little later and tried to compensate for it to not go over the double yellow line by either touchin the brake, counter-steering more, or incorrect throttle - something to try and get out of it.
