From what I have heard Paypal is owned by Ebay.

I have been on EBay since the late 90's and saved a tone of money doing so. I have saved so much money just on bike accessories. No bashing EBAY and as for paypal i belive they are an entity of EBAY and they have helpped me out before when someone took my money and run. so i really have nothing bad to say about this company.

That was funny.
I normally check eBay before I purchase something. Hell, my bike was bought off of eBay, bought a new $400 Seiko watch for $130 delivered, you just have to be careful. SELLING on eBay can be a bitch with the selling expenses, it is really set up for the buyer.
