Watched a cop chase (well trally behind) a motorcycle until the biker wrecked. The cop just got out and had the dude sit down.

FITZ.... they tried not to use so much force on the woman cause since she was "high" they didn't really know what the extent of her injuries were

 

There is a real danger that the woman that was running around could die from excited delerium. That is a condition some people go into because of the drug they took... The body core temp raises too high because the drugs inhibit blood flow in the limbs. The result is like we watched, extreme strength, unreasonable behavior and the inability to understand the results of their actions(running into traffic) are typical. When you here of sudden deaths during arrests this is the condition that is sometimes present.
