Down & out in Frisco...
 

On a recent visit to beautiful San Francisco my girlfriend and I stumbled across this very sad sight just a block down from the famous curves of Lombard St.

Sitting on two flats with every bare metal surface covered in a layer of rust, and the rest covered in dust, I had to shed a tear for this discarded brethren of ours.... :icon_cry:

Sad. The bike prob had a minor issue & the owner just let it sit instead of repairing it. Would make a good street fighter candidate.

I bet you are right...

I can tell you, having a bike in San Fran seemed like a good idea to many... Maybe it's the free parking on the sidewalks in front of their apartments! ;-)
