I had an accident, so far insurance is giving me run around, even though the guy was making an illegal u-turn. I want to fix my bike, anyone know where I can get parts for it?
All Plastics needed, whole front wheel, forks bars brake, stay, and raditor. While I'm at it I want to get a power commander.

NOOOOO!!!! not another one. It's been accident central lately. Get a lawyer and sick him on those bitches. Hell, take it to the dealer and have them do all the repairs, then it's out of your hands. Just have the dealer go after the insurance.
By the way, how fast and any injuries? gear?

 

take it to the dealer and have them give you an estimate...send that to the insurance...if they say whatever else...tell them you'll get a lawyer. do you have the police report saying he was busting a u-turn illegally? that will help tons.

so with the bling, you can opt to fix yourself and pocket the rest or just have them do it.

Thanks for the help. I actually wasn't going fast I was around the corner from parking. I got some black and blues, I had on all my gear gloves, boots jacket, helmet.
No. police report the ambulence took me away and the other guy left , but my boy got the guys info. Would you beleive the insurance company is telling me it is my fault, and they aren't going to pay. What kind of crap is that?!!

 

How are they claiming it's your fault.
