the new project is a yamaha rs 100cc 2stroke (injected) from 1975
this is her from factory:

1975 Yamaha RS 100 specifications and pictures

as she is only 12 hp (but 200lbs :D ) i will be putting a turbo on her as well.

my buddy was supposed to throw me a pic he took from fb, but he didnt respond, so you guys will have to wait until morning, but no worries!

OK, I'm in. Originally based on a two stroke trail bike I suspect.

A two stroke with a turbo? interesting choice; will follow this (as I did your last build) with great interest.

I note also that you're still using Will S. to hold your bike up. Try using Rupert Murdoch, I think that's probably a better use of his publications.

the bike almost fell over the other day and i caught it mid fall
so i shouted at my buddy to toss me a book
he tosses me fight club.
pretty much had to let the bike fall over then.

This should be a sweet build. What do you like about cafe bikes? (aside from building them) Is it all about the the look and styling or do they ride differently. I have never ridden anything other than my F3 but I really want to build a cafe one day.

they (seat lower, lower bars) usually position the body more aggressively.

the mods i usually do involve usually upgrading things like the levers, controls and whatnot to be a bit more reliable as well, although this specific build has almost no aftermarket parts. there's usually a few things for weight savings as well (i removed almost 20lbs off the cb550) which gives it a little up

what makes them hella fun is the wheelbase (the back wheels are smaller than your front) which makes them super sharp around corners and very nimble

plus there's always the whole "im riding something no one else has"
