Clear clear. Things that aren't supposed to mix tend to gel up when they are indeed mixed, like orange dex cool vs regular green coolant. So be sure.

Either map sensor faulty like the bike is telling you, vaccum going to the sensor isen't as good as you think it is, or the waxing unit is broke and not raising the cold idle like it should.

Very unusual to hear the cam chain making noises on decel. I'd take a good look at your drive chain going to the rear wheel before doing major engine tear downs.

You didn't fill the exhaust from cranking thats not really possible. Most likely the fuel pressure regulator is bad and allowing mass amounts of fuel into the engine.

We've had issues with the main wiring harness...

We've had issues with the main wiring harness connection getting corrosion and causing start issues. They aren't water tight connectors for "who the F knows what honda was thinking" reasons.

Typically the chain tensioner lifter problem is not heard on decel but is with acceleration and only really between 5-6k not 8.

I would start by fixing the originally bad part. FYI, stator plugs cooking are not at all common on F4i's.
Also, what do those codes mean?
