AMA Pro Racing Purses Slashed. I hate to say it but more bad news from AMA/DMG racing...

John Hopkins is heading back to MotoGP next year. There will be a new team, FB corse, that he's going to race for.

I'm glad that he will be back in MotoGP but he is always with the bottom teams. Hopefully he will just manage to stay healthy this coming season.

The article said they would have an official announcement in Jan 2010. Hopper had a ruff year in WSBK. I wish him well. It makes me wonder how big of a change is it to go from WSB to MotoGP or vice a versa?

Does that mean I could buy one

I was watching the special about the Cobra that beat the Ferrari GTO at Daytona and they wouldn't sell it for 6.8 million. I think I would much rather have a GP or WSBK bike for that kind of coin. Not as much history perhaps but a much more noticeable.
