I found this article on another website and got the author's permission to repost it here. It's an excellent article on highsides AND how to prevent them. The author is a racer and an instructor at the California Superbike School. So she really knows what she's talking about. awesome! I recently highsided fracturing my spine among other injuries. Just got my new bike im cleaning up before warm weather arrives. I hope many read this and it can save a lot from preventable injuries.
