Default Total Control riding class

I am excited. Lee Parks will be having a class this weekend. It won't be as deep as his normal ones, but it's still worth going especially my friend can let me in for free.

Is it being held by Parks himself? I've heard mixed reviews on the classes held by other instructors. All pretty much said the class was good but it was essentially the book because the instructors didn't respond well to anything outside of the book.

Lemme know how it goes. I've looked at it a couple times

You may be right. It might be taught by some other instructor. I will report back

it was awesome, although I started to have migran headache at the end and had to sit. Lee Parks himself came and taught the class and we had 4 other instructor. It was a level 1 and it was very personable. They took time with each person for corrections and solution where we needed

Glad you enjoyed the class Yum. Sorry you had the migraine tho. Yep, Lee is a very personable guy. He's a good teacher as well. Being good at something & then being able to translate that into productive instruction is a very good quality.

My riding postures. When I look through the turns, I didn't know I was only turning my head. And my body can go bit more lower so my arm is more relaxed. We did hanging the butt thing on our own bikes while people hold onto the bikes. That was good cuz I get to feel how it is to have proper hanging body position on the bike while bike was straight up and leaned. And did some suspension adjustment according to our own weight on our own bikes
