Default track suit (Dainese)

By any chance, for anyone who owns a Dainese tracksuit or use to own one, have kinda an issue where the legs are too long or the position of the slider velcro sewn on too low? I read about this issue elsewhere before but didn't pay much attention to it. And only with this brand.

It didn't bother me at first, it just bugs me now to see 1/3 of the puck sitting off of the velcro just for it to be in the correct comfortable position. The whole suit is a nice perfect fitting, except the leg length is half inch too long and velcro kinda too low and slightly towards the back. The pucks tend to contact the road more towards the top part.

Would it be a good idea to have the velcro unstitched and sewn on again in a better position? If so, would the suit tear up if I go down because of the old stitch marks?

Any opinions? Anyone? Thanks in advance.
