Default new ICON helmet broke

One of the little pieces on the helmet itself broke today on the side panel. Now the visor wont stay in on 1 side. Does anyone know if they will warranty this and how long it will take to get a new helmet out to me. Ive had the helmet for 4 months and have only used it for 1 week. Also does anyone have a contact number because I sure as hell cant find one.

I don't have specific experience with this brand, but other helmets are made to have replaceable parts in that area. Particularly over time the nylon screws loosen and cause visor issues and wind noise.

My Scorpion came with replacement screws in the box. Perhaps your Icon did too. If it's broken plastic, I'd check with the store your purchased it from. Having a good relationship with your dealer is helpful here.

Best to you.

Ditto, you will most likely need to order new sideplates, you can get them from motorcyclesuperstore.com for 10$ I needed to get a set for my ICON domain 2 helmet because I dropped it and the orange visor release tab broke.

Angry Icon Contact information

I have been dealing with Icon on my new helmet (Airframe Infernal). I ordered it online and the first time I went to use it the Chin Vent fell off in my hand. After searching online for a couple of days I was able to get the contact information for ICON. Called them up and they told me I am out of luck they will not warranty the part because the online retailer is not a authorized ICON dealer. Icon does not sell direct to customers but the part I need is unable to be ordered even by a Icon supplier. I am 330 dollars in the hole with a broken piece of Junk. If you have not already bought an ICON helmet don't do it. There is a reason why alot of shops are no longer going to sell them. There is to many quality issues.

If you need to contact ICON call 608-758-1111 not that they will help much but you can complain to them.
