I'm looking at getting one of these jackets this summer. the leather ones are freakin hot! lol and i want more then just the icon body armour for longer trips.

does anyone know the difference between the 2 and 3? or does anyone own one and can tell me what they think of them?

 

I believe merc 3 is just the newer style, they both have the same features. Merc 2 is goin for like 80 bucks on motorcyclesuperstore.com. compared to 190 for the merc 3. I would just replace the back pad with some ce armor. hope that helps.
