Icon Alliance Battlecry helmet or Scorpion EXO-700?
 

I haven't gone and tried either helmet on yet. All things being equal which helmet is better and why? Thanks!

I have used both and I did not have a big winner out of the two.they both have good and bad points I think the Icon has more air flowthen the EXO but I do not think it is by too much.The EXO is lighter or feeles lighter I do not know the weight of each but the EXO feel better to me.I do not knwif ICON has one but you can get a shield that tints in the sunlight, and changed back at night so you get the best of both worlds with out having the carry a 2nd shield. Now the safety is about the same on both so it comes down to how it feels on your head. Go try them both on and then make the call. I went with the EXO 700 with the Crack Head paint but ICON has the skulls pain that kicks ass too.

are the scorpion helmtets as safe as say a shoei or agv? i dont race or anything but if i ever lay one down i want a good protective lid.

I saw a review from J.D. Powers I think and they reated scorpion up their with Arai and Shoei. i just bought an EXO-400 for track days and prefer it over my Icon Mainfraim. Feels much lighte and very comfortable. Breaths good and NO FOG! weeee!
