Default Drying out your gear

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to riding and was out in the rain for the first time yesterday. I've got textile protective gear that is "water resistant" but it rained quite hard and eventually it started to get damp on the inside of the gear.

I hung the jacket and trousers up last night and they are dry on the outside but still a touch damp on the inside.. I've got them out on the washing line now...

Just curious if anyone knew the best way to dry out their gear if it rains?

Hang in the shade and let the breeze do it.Stay away from tumble driers.

Or of course, you could refill the tank & ride them dry
